Potensis Selection are pleased to be working in partnership with a leading housebuilder to appoint a Technical Coordinator to join their expanding team.

The role would involve managing a brand new development from start to finish.

The Role:

You will support the coordination of design information across a large, multi-phase residential-led scheme. You will play a key role in ensuring drawings and technical information are coordinated, compliant, and issued according to project requirements to support successful delivery

Key Responsibilities:

·        Coordinate design information across multiple phases of the development

·        Assist in managing external consultants to ensure timely and accurate information production

·        Review drawings and technical submissions for compliance with planning, Building Regulations, and employer’s requirements

·        Support the delivery of a mixed-use scheme including residential, commercial, and public realm elements

·        Liaise with internal departments including construction, commercial, and sales teams

·        Assist with value engineering and ongoing design development

·        Track design progress against programme milestones and report on any delays or issues

What We’re Looking For:

·        Experience as a Technical Coordinator or Assistant Technical Coordinator

·        Understanding of Building Regulations and technical design processes

·        Experience reviewing and coordinating technical drawings and consultant information

·        Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

·        Good communication skills and a collaborative approach

·        Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and buildability
